Manage Your Account

You can have more than one clicSÉQUR account, but you will have to manage each one separately. For security reasons, we recommend using a single clicSÉQUR account to access the services of a particular department or agency.

On the Manage Your Account page, the following account management options are available:

  • List of your accounts (if applicable)
  • Change your password
  • Manage your email address
  • Change your security questions
  • Enable or disable single authentication (if applicable)
  • Cancel your account (if applicable)

Account with identity verification

Your identity must be verified to access online services with confidential content.

Account without identity verification

An account without identity verification allows you to access certain online services that do not require your identity to be verified.

Account Upgrade

If you are trying to access an online service requiring identity verification for the first time, you will be asked for additional information. Once the verification is complete, your account will be upgraded, allowing you to sign up for all services that require this type of verification.

No personal or confidential information is exchanged when you use online services that do not require identity verification.
