Authentication

To complete the clicSÉQUR authentication process, according to the service you want to access, you must:

  • Enter your user code;
  • Answer the security questions;
  • Enter your password.

or

  • Enter your user code;
  • Enter your password;
  • Request a six-digit verification code and enter this code.

Check the box to indicate that you are using a public computer, if applicable.

Authentication-Related Problems

If you have forgotten your user code, go to the I Have Forgotten My User Code page.

If you receive the error message “This user code and/or password are invalid”,

  • check whether the user code and password are the ones you chose when creating your account. Pay special attention to the use of upper- and lower-case letters.

If you have forgotten your password,

If you receive the error message “The user code and/or answer to the security question are invalid”,

  • check whether the answer that you entered matches the security question that you selected when creating your clicSÉQUR account.

If you have forgotten the answer to the security question,

After 5 unsuccessful attempts to enter your password or after a wrong answer to 2 security questions, your account will be blocked for 1 hour.

Single Authentication

Single authentication is an option that allows you to navigate from one online service to another without having to restart the authentication process each time.

You can change your choice on single authentication in the Manage Your Account page.

Acceptance of the Conditions of Use

Following successful completion of the authentication process, you will be informed that you must read and agree to the conditions of use if:

  • They have undergone significant changes since your account was created;
  • A situation beyond your control occurred when creating your clicSÉQUR account and you were unable to agree to the conditions of use as a result.
